  The doctors and nurses are WONDERFUL. However, Terrible customer service.. they do not stay on top of scheduling. Its taken me almost 4 weeks to get them to send a request for approval and im an established patient. When i call i am on hold for over 5 mins only to be disconnected, not very professional at all.. I would not recommend this office simply because of the office staff.
